SHIPPING POLICIES


Items are shipped and distributed via( logistic/ Transportation companies e.g DHL Akwa Ibom Transport company) and it takes within  2 to 5 working days to get your items from the time the order is placed.  The day an order is placed and shipped does not reflect as a day in transit. Orders placed on days like Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and shipped the following Monday and you're expected to receive your item within the stipulated days of delivery.


If your address or shipping information is incorrect when confirmed,  You will need to contact our support team by sending a message to them on WhatsApp @+23409050212661 or send a mail @  info@domaglamskincare.com for corrections such as; state, pick up station, zip code, and home address. Please note: for fraud prevention and protection we cannot change an entire shipping address which was entered in error.


Once your package has been shipped from our Facility, we are no longer responsible for the transit. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a case with (transport company) or contact our support team for assistance thank you.
